Characteristics of goods

All my products are handmade from all natural ingredients and unpredictable variations in colour and appearance may occur. I always try to maintain uniformity however fluctuations in storage temperatures can cause the oils to leak. This can simply be wiped away and you can use and enjoy the candle as normal. Some very cold temperature can cause the wax to crack but should not affect the burning or the quality of your candle. In different environments the wax may expand or contract. Movements during transport can cause the wax to come dislodged and to come loose from its container that should not affect the burning or the quality of the candle.

By placing an offer you are agreeing to  purchase a product from me and are subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability, confirmation of the order, total price and shipping cost. Limited Edition and seasonal products are only available while stocks last.

Return and Refund

By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this web site.
Returns are accepted when products are still new and unused at the costumer's expense within 14 days of receipt. When goods have been found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to a full refund or replacement to any reasonable standard postal charges paid for returning goods that have been found to be faulty or damaged only with proof or receipt. I cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. For shipment within Ireland and outside Ireland I use AnPost

Collecting  your personal data is necessary for the purpose of processing, billing and shipping your order ONLY. Collecting and using personal data is necessary in the functions of an ecommerce website like this one. I do not use your personal data without your consent. As it is impossible to place an order without first collecting your personal data and your subsequently agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, the fact that an ordered is placed with The Flicker Light is a confirmation of your consent.

I cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of platforms themselves. All the ingredients I am using are plant based 100% natural, vegan and palm oil free.  I make all the candles in small batches and use the most quality essential oils for scent. I hand-pour, stamp and hand write the labels. Candles are individually  wrapped in brown packaging paper and decorated with dried fruit and flowers. The decoration design may vary.
